While talking to my wife during our one of many discussions I taught her about Elder Christofferson's life, and I learned about the importance of patience in seeking
spiritual experiences. His example of gaining a testimony while reading the Book of Mormon at home showed me that spiritual witnesses can come anywhere. I shared with my wife that no matter where we are or what situation we face, our faith can be strengthened, and our testimony deepened if we seek divine guidance sincerely. I shared with her Elder Christofferson's testimony about receiving answers to questions at any time and the role of the Holy Ghost in confirming truth. I talked to her about Elder Andersen's life and how I admired his resilience as a young man facing tests to his beliefs. His experiences taught me that divine guidance accompanies sharing our beliefs, even when others may not understand. I discussed
