Introduction
Hello everyone! My name is Stela Rrapollari, and I am from Albania. I moved to the
USA with my family three years ago and my current residence is right here in Saint Petersburg,
Florida. I am currently working towards an AA Degree. This will be my fourth semester here at
SPC. Since starting my degree, I have been in all online classes; therefore, I would like to
consider myself rather experienced in online courses. Online classes have helped me so much,
because having the option to do online classes allows me to work two jobs while also being in
school full time. My dream is that one day I will get the opportunity to be a bank manager.
Additionally, I like digital marketing because I am a creative person, who loves to image and
build new concepts. Writing is not my strong suit but hopefully this course provides me with
some new tips and tricks that I can utilize in my academic and professional career. It is a pleasure
to meet you all and I wish you great success this semester.
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s letter
After reading Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s Letter from Birmingham Jail it seems clear that
there is a huge difference between just and unjust law. First, King noted, "I would be the first to
advocate obeying just laws” (King 11). According to him, an unjust law claims that it lowers
rather than elevates humanity. Also, an unjust law is if it is imposed on a minority by power or
numerical majority, while the majority is exempt from compliance. Dr. Martin Luther King
illustrated his points with particular instances. On the other hand, any law simply enhances
human individuality. It creates a false sense of inferiority among the isolated.

Ethical Issue
A woman from Massachusetts managed the office for a business in Somersworth, where
she had complete access to the cash flow, accounting data, bank accounts, and company credit
card. From January 2019 to March 2021, she utilized her access to the company's finances to
make illicit purchases and transfers of money to accounts she controlled. Pechtel also made steps
to cover up her embezzlement. The defendant blatantly stole from her dependable employer's
assets, including COVID-19 relief payments the business got to aid it during the epidemic. She
established and managed a PayPal account in the name of a coworker to send money. Petchel
falsified the accounting records of the company to have her illicit transactions seem like
payments to genuine vendors. The money she stole was spent for a variety of personal costs,
including boat purchases and Amazon purchases. Her actions were detected by one of the
employers.
Should the employer report Petchel for stealing from the company?
