8. Does user know all steps, in order for normal (stand-by) microscope shutdown? Specimen removed Filament fully CCW High Voltage to 120Kv and ON Beam Spread CW Spot Size on 4 Function to MAG-1 Magnification at 10k Digital Camera Power OFF Logged out of workstation, Mouse OFF G G 9. Does user know Full Shutdown and Startup Procedures? Full Shutdown : When is full shutdown performed? Normal / Stand-by shutdown completed High Voltage is OFF Key switched to OFF Wait (3 mins) until scope shuts down Breaker box (wall switch) to OFF Note posted stating reason for full shutdown Starting from Full Shutdown : Check that reason for full shutdown has been corrected Breaker box (wall switch) to ON Check that water recirculator is ON Turn Power Key switch to Start for 5 seconds and release Wait 45-60 minutes until Accel Voltage Ready light is Illuminated Proceed with Normal startup G G 10. Does user know correct use of Haskeris water cooling system? G G 11. Does user know the emergency procedures? G G 12.
