Effective Teaching
Effective teaching today is an important part of education. The approach makes it possible to support all the needs of students and improve their learning process. This need to successfully use the resources that are available. Thus, creating a comfortable environment for students has the potential to influence their success. That is why there are many resources that will develop a strategy in order to get positive results. Table 1

Student Achievement Tests
School Records, Testing Platforms
Informative Insights: Recognizing individual strengths and weaknesses
in specific subjects or skills (
Bottiani e al., 2019).
- Organizing: Creating a spreadsheet to track individual and class performance.
Strategic Adjustments: Tailor teaching methods to address identified areas
of improvement (
Bottiani
e al., 2019).
- Analyzing: Comparing individual scores to class averages for relative performance.
Technology Integration: Utilizing online platforms
for real-time feedback and comparative analysis (Webb et al., 2019).
- Interpreting: Identifying patterns, trends, or common misconceptions across the class.

Professional Learning Communities (PLC) Data
School PLC Meetings, Shared
Documents
Collective Insights: Benefit from collaborative discussions on effective teaching strategies and student progress (Gillies, 2019).
- Organizing: Using shared documents to compile and track data discussed during PLC meetings.
Holistic Perspective: Understanding broader instructional practices and their impact on student learning.
- Analyzing: Identifying common challenges or successful interventions through group discussions.
Peer Collaboration: Exchanging ideas and interventions with colleagues for diverse perspectives (Gillies, 2019).
- Interpreting: Considering alternative
approaches suggested by peers for a more comprehensive view.
Parent Input Surveys
Online Survey Tools, Parent-
Teacher Meetings
Individual Context: Gaining insights into students' home environments, study habits, and any additional
support they receive (Webb et al., 2019).
- Organizing: Creating a standardized online survey for parents to provide consistent data.
Tailored Support: Adjusting teaching strategies based on parental feedback regarding their child's needs and preferences.
- Analyzing: Categorizing responses
into common themes to identify recurring areas of concern or success.
3
Communication Bridge: Establish a collaborative relationship with parents to enhance overall student support (
Bottiani e al., 2019).
- Interpreting: Considering contextual
factors when assessing student progress or challenges.
Formative Assessments
Classroom Observations, Interactive Tools
Continuous Feedback: Collecting ongoing data on student understanding during the learning process.
- Organizing: Using classroom observation notes and digital tools to document real-time insights.
Immediate Adjustments: Modifying instructional strategies based on in-
the-moment feedback, addressing misconceptions promptly (
Bottiani e al., 2019).
- Analyzing: Reflecting on patterns of student responses to identify areas requiring
further attention.
Technology Integration: Utilizing interactive tools
for instant feedback, allowing for adaptive teaching approaches.
- Interpreting: Considering the dynamic nature of student comprehension
rather than relying solely on summative assessments.
Student Portfolios
Classroom Folders, Digital Portfolios Platforms
Longitudinal Progress: Tracking individual student growth over time,
showcasing achievements
and areas for improvement.
- Organizing: Creating physical or digital folders to compile student work in a systematic manner.

Individualized Instruction: Tailor teaching strategies based on a comprehensive understanding of each student's strengths and weaknesses.
- Analyzing: Periodically review and reflect on the contents of portfolios to identify trends or changes in student performance.
Parent Involvement: Share portfolios with parents during conferences to foster collaboration and celebrate student accomplishments.
- Interpreting: Encouraging students to reflect on their own progress and set goals for improvement.
All the resources mentioned in Table 1 are important in the process of teaching. With a clear understanding of this data, new approaches can be created in order to improve individual approaches to the needs of students (
Bottiani e al., 2019). By using these resources effectively, teachers are able to create a good experience for both teachers and students. The main goal of the teacher is to successfully use the tools that are available to help students.
