Expectations & Understand of milestone two Performance Analysis Tool & Techniques: Different tools will be used to evaluate Transglobal performance such as financial ratios benchmarking and performance dashboards. The Deliverables Expected: This will involve detailed reports, presentations, and analysis of data such as the balanced scorecard and performance dashboards. Balanced Scorecard Analysis: The balanced scorecard will be used to assess Transglobal performance when it comes to financial, customers, internal processes, and learning viewpoints. Cost Benefit Analysis: The cost and benefits with the merge project of Transglobal will be studied to help with decisions- making projects.

The business environment of an organization includes external and internal factors that are influential to the organization's operations, performance and strategic decision making in the organization. Such factors include economic, political, social, cultural, legal and environmental. I can use these internal and external environments to determine the organization's strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities when it comes to decision-making. Which factors influence the external business environment of an organization? External business environment components include economic, political, legal, social,cultural, competitive, environmental, and technological factors. These factors are essential for strategic planning and decision making of any organization. What are some components that make up the internal business environment? Internal business environment components include Human Resources, Leadership and Management, the culture of the organizations (values and beliefs), the hierarchy of the organization's structure, their financial health, efficiency of their operational process, marketing and sales.
