DB 4 2 Chris, thank you for your last submission and I found it very engaging. I especially enjoyed you point of view about forgiveness enhancing the creativity. I believe forgiveness is a method of empowerment for the subordinates and it fosters creative business environment. Per Cameron and Caza (2002) “evidence also suggests that forgiving another enhances cardiovascular fitness, emotional stability, mental health, learning behavior, creativity, and life happiness” (p. 40).
