Bermeo 2 The CRM Software System That Your Organization Needs What CRM system(s) are you recommending? Please include a link to the company website. The two CRM systems that I am recommending are HoneyBook and HubSpot. Based on the core values and mission statement posted on the HoneyBook website, it’s clear that they are on a mission to make it easier for entrepreneurs to run an independent business. The site offers tools for contacts, payments, communication, invoicing and more. HoneyBook states that they are trusted by over 100,000 businesses, earning this business more than $9 billion in profits (HoneyBook.com, 2023). HubSpot is also a great choice for CRM software as it is an all-in-one, user-friendly, and popular inbound marketing and sales platform. What security procedures are utilized to keep customer personal information safe? There are many security procedures that are utilized to protect the personal information of customers. CRM software can be trusted that they use encryption protocols to protect the data of their customers to prevent unauthorized access. Another likely procedure would be regularly conducting audits and testing on them, which would allow organizations to identify any possible vulnerabilities in their infrastructure. I also believe that regularly changing passwords for accounts will help in preventing any unauthorized access to data. Lastly educating staff on proper usage and netiquette could also prevent any chance of malicious intent of unauthorized access to data. How would this CRM improve customer relations?
Bermeo 3 While surfing through the HubSpot website it’s evident that they offer a range of CRM software catered to marketing, sales, customer service, content management, operations and commerce (HubSpot.com, 2024). Listed under there Frequently asked questions form there is one that stands out as it explains how a team can utilize their service hub. HubSpot mentions “Service Hub helps you identify opportunities to deepen customer relations, connect to the front office, and drive efficiency so customers have a superior experience throughout their journey” (HubSpot.com, 2024). I like HoneyBook as a recommendation for CRM software as it’s very client friendly. HoneyBook offers a creative and “interactive experience that makes it easy for clients to select services, eSign contracts, send payments, and more- all in one go” (HoneyBook.com, 2023). Based on both software’s, they would both improve customer relationships as the software will track data from previous encounters with the clients allowing for a smooth recall of information that will impress clients. What are a few ways the CRM would allow you to analyze customer data and identify target customers? For starters, segmentation is a way CRM allows you to analyze customer data as these software’s segment your data based on various things such as purchasing history, engagement levels and demographics (Kiwak, 2022). Another way CRM software analyzes customer data is through artificial intelligence. Certain CRM platforms have AI that can sense the emotions of anger or happiness during interaction (Kiwak, 2022).
