7-1 JOURNL 3 Final Project Feedback The journey to my final project has been a rollercoaster, my milestones and journals are based on Huntington Hospital from November 2012 goes through series of changes from new director down to new policies like the open-door policy that was introduced by Kim Merkey. I was able to gather important valuable information for example for HH policies, work culture, and communication that they follow. Gathering the information and understand was simple and easier than putting it together. Once I had the information, I was not sure of how to put all the information together and what will be consider too much information. It was difficult putting all the information that was gather together. Feedback stated that there were some areas that were not fully addressed and required more information once my final paper was to be submitted for me to get the full credit. My Plan is to include more information to broaden the information that will need to be submitted about HH. Since the feedbacks has been extremely helpful and I know my foundation is well laid, I will properly address any information needed and include the right information to my paper stronger. Now that I am rounding up on my final project, I do agree that I lacked the information that makes a structure paper. I’ll be using the feedback I received from my instructor as guide in assisting me, my goal is to have enough information to make the reader to understand the topic written about instead of overwhelming them.
