4-1 Video Check-In: Learner-Instructor Connect Alex Seamster 3-24-2024 I believe I have a very good understanding of the next milestone. It seems to be picking up right where milestone one left off but in a different format. While I did encounter some difficulties with module three’s balanced scorecard assignment, I believe I have a better comprehension in the role of building a strategic plan of objectives of an organization. I think doing balanced scorecard analysis of companies A and B will be simple given all the information provided. When considering performance analysis techniques, I am comfortable with using SWOT analysis, MOST analysis, and the balanced scorecards. I think there is something to be said about the importance for both qualitative and quantitative approaches with analyzing a company’s performance. They are both equally important in there on regards. As for cost- benefit analysis I am confident in my knowledge thus far and the steps involved of the process from comprising a plan to the final recommendations. I think I have a good grasp on the interworking’s of a business environment from firsthand experiences in my career. There are import aspects to consider that are both external and internal environmental influences when evaluating a company’s operations and successes. I am confident in addressing these deliverables with my studied knowledge and feedback from Milestone one. I believe I can distinguish the internal and external differences and the different components that make up each. I am eager to start Milestone two and look forward to any feedback given. Thank you!
