: Your strength finder, and your class assessments lead you
to your top three strengths. Remember your in-class assignment you narrowed what you felt the true meaning of the scientific analysis was. List the three strengths from strength finder and with reflection in mind, describe your view of what they mean and an example for each how you have used these strengths in the past. (200-300 words)
Adaptability, includer, developer, and empathy restorative are my five strengths, as determined by the StrengthsFinder testing. Out of these five strengths, I believe the following three are the most important ones that support me in my life: 1. Adaptability: I try to live in the now, which makes it much easier for me to adjust to all the changes that are going to occur in my life. I am not limited to any certain timeline, which allows
me to experience all obstacles and overcome them with ease. My move to Canada to pursue my studies is a prime illustration of my versatility. Coming to a completely new environment was a difficult decision for me, but it really helped me learn about different cultures and ways of living.

2. Developer: One of my other strengths is that I enjoy inspiring people to acquire particular traits and passions. I have no trouble
seeing the potential in others, and I always urge them to develop
that potential and use it to further their objectives. My friend from senior secondary school was formerly unaware of her artistic and drawing abilities. I went out to her after realizing her
potential and assisted her in improving. She later succeeded in receiving an award at the district level.
3. Restorative: I find that this strength really helps me recognize and solve problems. To be restorative is to recognize your weaknesses and work through them to open opportunities to achievement. When I had a competitive test on a locked-down browser and couldn't figure out how to use it, I didn't panic; instead, I worked out a way to get out of it and gained knowledge on how to utilize this kind of technology efficiently.

: Your MBTI Interest Assessment, and you’re in-class assessments lead you to your top three values. List the three and
with reflection in mind, describe an example for each of how you have used these interests in the past
. (200-300 words)
After completing the MBTI Assessment, my top three interests were investigative, social, and realistic. Being realistic, in my opinion, entails including practical issues and solutions as well as work-related tasks. Example: I set realistic, attainable goals for a prior project at work. toward reasonable goals, I placed a strong emphasis on measurable objectives and clear actions. This method assisted in keeping the project seeming feasible and successful the whole time. Being sociable as an interest, in my opinion, usually refers to a predilection or tendency toward pursuits that demand for communication, teamwork, and interpersonal connection. Example: I aggressively promoted a collaborative environment when I was volunteering. I encouraged candid dialogue and made sure that everyone's viewpoints were heard. By fostering close relationships with others, We developed a positive team environment that increased our overall influence on the community we were working in. Additionally, a predilection for pursuits of information, research,
and inquiry is implied by an investigative curiosity. Example: I explored intricate subjects in my academic studies, carrying out in-depth analyses to find fresh perspectives. This required doing rigorous data analysis, investigating different angles, and maintaining an interest in new developments. My study findings have more depth and validity because of this inquisitive mentality.

values. Do the MBTI scientific view and yours overlap? In general, is what you thought (in class) the same as the MBTI assessment (scientific results)? (300 to 500 words).

Personal Leadership Development Plan - 15% of Final Grade
It's important to understand that my in-class values evaluation and the MBTI have different functions and are based on different theoretical frameworks when comparing them. Values are probably measured broadly by the in-class values evaluation,
which focuses on our priorities in different situations, including employment, relationships, or personal development. However, while being widely used, MBTI has come under fire from the scientific community for lacking empirical backing. My priorities as of right now, shaped by my surroundings and experiences, may be summarized by the values evaluation I completed in class. For instance, my in-class evaluation may have been influenced by previous successes in group projects if it emphasized characteristics like creativity and cooperation. In the meanwhile, the MBTI explores my preferences for personality types and assigns me to 16 different personality types, based on preferences in the following four dichotomies: thinking/feeling, judging/perceiving, sensing/intuition, and extraversion/introversion. It's important to view MBTI results with some skepticism because some critics contend that the results oversimplify personality complexity and lack reliable scientific validation. After analyzing the two evaluations, think about any areas where
they might agree and those where they might disagree. Do the values that were discussed in class align with the preferences that your MBTI type highlighted? For example, if the collaborative value was stressed in my class evaluation, I may discover that the MBTI results match my preference for Extraversion and Feeling.

Nevertheless, disparities may also surface. Situational values may be captured by the in-class evaluation, while the MBTI looks for long-lasting personality preferences. It's critical to understand that personality is dynamic and impacted by a range of elements, such as growth and situation. Generally speaking, my awareness of my own values and the clarity and accuracy of the in-class examination determine how well my thoughts fit with the results of the MBTI. Using MBTI findings as a tool for self-reflection instead than a final classification is advantageous. Combining the findings from the two tests can help me gain a deeper knowledge of my personality and beliefs, which will help me approach many facets of my life from a more nuanced standpoint.
2 Marks -
Your MBTI resulted in a personality type. Remember
the four letters together made a “type”. Write the four letters, the
type and briefly describe the personality type in your own words
and reflect on how you relate to it. (300-500 words)
I identified the following four type elements that are related to my personality and provided my personality evaluation after completing the MBTI testing.

vivacious. I'm usually chatty and gregarious, and I like to socialize and be with other people. I can identify with that since I enjoy going to parties, participating actively in events with others, and striking up talks with new people. I also like networking gatherings, team sports, and lively social settings.
Type Factor: N for Perception My personality type, intuition, is linked to possibilities, insights,
and creative thinking. Rather than concentrating only on hard data, I frequently follow my intuition and am drawn to ideas that
have an eye toward the future. I can identify to it since I like coming up with original ideas, speculating about possible results, and investigating abstract topics. My interests lie in the arts, philosophy, or innovation, and I'm usually willing to consider different viewpoints.
Type Fcator: Feeling (F) Feeling, in my opinion, is a personality feature defined by a tendency for making decisions based on interpersonal factors, feelings, and beliefs. When I'm making decisions, I normally try to put harmony, empathy, and personal beliefs first. Because I cherish interpersonal connections, seek consensus when making choices in groups, and am sensitive to the sentiments of others, I
can identify to this feature. Caregiving, counseling, and emotionally charged creative endeavors are the types of professions that appeal to me.
Type Factor: Judgement (J) Judgment, in my opinion, is a personality type associated with a Use this template document for your submission. 5 Marks will be removed for students that do not use the template document as their submission.

predilection for planning, structure, and organization. Judging-
oriented people are usually drawn to decisiveness, closure, and order. This is a quality that I really identify with because I too appreciate creating elaborate plans, respect deadlines, and like neat environments. I might be very good in jobs requiring strategic planning, project management, and following rules or guidelines.
7 Marks - After you look at all the analysis done by survey and in class. How would you sum up your strengths, values, and personality traits in less than 50 words, and with a Venn diagram
graphic. Copy and paste the Venn diagram (fully labelled below).
I identified my character-fitting strengths, values, and interests as Adaptability, inclusion, development, empathy, restorative, realistic, social, investigative, and working conditions, success, and support, and at some point in my life, they're all related and it tells me areas for improvement so that I become leader who can accomplish tasks with teams.
