2 Problems Students Face During the Development of the Project Typically, students are required to develop a project to provide an avenue for them to gain in depth experience of practical experience in their study area. The development stage determines the success of a student project. However, developing a project is challenging for every student since they are bumps in the road, distracting the project's success. During this stage, a student faces tedious challenges, which prove to be stressful in attaining the success of the project. Time management is a major challenge in the development of a project. Students juggle a lot of time in school work activities and may struggle to maintain all the activities in a given timeline. During the development of a project, students are required to work in a given timeline; once the student misses the timeline, he is likely to miss some important marks. Furthermore, a student can also miss the timeline through work delays ( Pedersen & Hobye, 2020) . Subsequently, students face supervision challenges during the development of projects. This results from poor communication from the supervisors, leading to poor guidance. It is very crucial for students to have supervisors for better and adequate guidance. For instance, students have little knowledge about project development since they have never developed any project before, making it necessary for supervisors to guide them well ( Qasem & Zayid, 2019) . By guiding them, students will have adequate knowledge to tackle any project without challenges. However, the challenges above may be addressed to improve the efficacy and success of student projects in the development stage. Regarding time management, students can eliminate tasks that play as roadblocks to the project's progress. To foster a great relationship with supervisors, students need to consult more with their supervisors to understand the
3 project better. This will help the students be productive in the project's early development process, setting the right track for project success.
