Scenario: You are a Program Manager with Cedar Lake Community Center, LLC. Aside from your leadership responsibilities, you are active in your community and attend City Council meetings within your jurisdiction whenever you can. Councilwoman Anita Rogers opens the floor for community members to express their concerns about local city ordinances pertaining to public safety, health, and the general welfare of city residents. The meeting was an eye-opener for you, in which you begin to think how best Cedar Lake Community Center, LLC could serve a purpose for the common good of the community. Instructions: In your initial post: An ordinance refers to local laws that are enacted by city government. Identify a local ordinance in your city/town pertaining to either public safety, health, or the general welfare of residents. Provide a summarized overview of this ordinance and provide an analysis of how the ordinance relates to a community deficit. In your reply posts: You are required to provide, at minimum, two detailed responses to the discussion.
