Discussion Board Discussion Organizational development is a vital aspect of any successful business organization (Burke, 2022) . Proper communication and inclusion are the two fundamental aspects of organizational development. Communication offers a basis for people to interact and agree on the direction to take the organization while inclusion offers some basis for all people to be recognized and valued in an organizational setting (Buchanan & Badham, 2020) . Mayo’s human relations theory suggests that there is need for managers and employees to communicate and form a healthy working relationship. My past working place was the best in terms of employee participation in decision- making process. Much of the organizational changes enjoyed full support of the employees and their implementation was easy and effective (Lewis, 2019) . The only things that I think should be improved in such an environment is time management in the decision-making process. Instead of having the whole lot of employees in the decision-making team, we can have the departmental heads to represent the employees. In presenting my findings to stakeholders, I would use a PowerPoint presentation to illustrate on how a certain change can help improve the operations of the organization. Learn to listen to the audience and respond to every question asked. 2

Your post captures the vital aspects of an organizational department and offers a deep understanding of such a concept in an organizational setting. Indeed, leadership and communication are the most important components of any change process (Borkowski & Meese, 2020) . From a military setting, communication is one-way and one has to rethink of how to implement a change. Does a military run organization face the resistance other organizations face in implementing a change? References 4

Your post offers crucial information on organizational development. Culture is indeed a vital aspect of an organizational development. However, the explanation offered on organizational development provides some shaky answers to the prompts written in the assignment instructions (Li et al., 2021) . You only answered the first prompt in the whole of your discussion. Do you have an experience of a change implementation process in an organizational setting? 6
