Do you expect the environment of rapid change to continue indefinitely? Why or why not? What factors will be the most significant in contributing to the continuance or abatement of this environment of constant change? Explain. Rapid change is continuous environment adaptability. Though not quickly, we anticipate that the environment will alter over time. The atmosphere for rapid change (Worley & Mohrman, 2014) won't be able to change forever, in my opinion. We anticipate that the environment will eventually take on a specific structure after a number of abrupt shifts; most of the other components, however, will remain stable and in some way, predictable, requiring merely adaptation. The ongoing changes in information and technology are one of the aspects that will greatly contribute to ongoing changes in the business environment (Al-Haddad & Kotnour, 2015). These elements play a vital role in the business environment. Population needs, climate, and public education are further change-causing factors. The economic forces that underlie the swift changes in the economy are these forces. To stay in business, a firm typically adapts to environmental variables. References Al-Haddad, S., & Kotnour, T.
