If the legislature passes, combining education, health, water, and
business will produce new data on the best real-estate location and what
community would support a recreational marijuana dispensary. The
combined datasets help to predict the community with the best price and
distribution of water, as well as if there are limited resources or a
multitude and what neighborhoods dataset showing the districts with the
highest health problems needing marijuana treatment and education.
Hence, they know how big each school district is and where a location
would be that is far away enough so that there is a minimal amount of
influence on children—providing the area best for that type of business
and what the other companies' trade names are. How long have the
medical dispensaries been in business at their location, thus, predicting
longevity and sustainability? Furthermore, anticipating the neighborhood's
neediest local charities, the dispensary knows what charities to donate a
portion of the business's revenue to; to get and keep community support
for the endeavor.
