The influx of unskilled Irish immigrants into New York City in the 1840s and early 1850s drives down wages for other workers at the low end of the salary ladder.
I believe that this scenario includes the economic history lens due to the fact that it caused other workers to lose wages. This includes economic related issues in the 1840s and 1850s.

This scenario includes social historical lens because the immigrants came to fight for rights they didn’t have. They wanted rights for young women, which didn’t exist elsewhere.
