Having effective communication skills is crucial while practicing my field of study as well as my everyday life. For healthcare managers to have efficient means of communication between management and personnel, effective communication is necessary. Medical malpractice claims and errors can result from poor communication. Even greater consequences, like patient death, may result. Research has shown that effective communication can improve several health outcomes, including fewer medication errors, fewer readmissions to the hospital, and higher patient satisfaction with physician visits. Practicing good communication will have a favorable impact on my field of study by enhancing staff performance and satisfaction, organizational connections, and patient outcomes. Throughout this course, I have learned a variety of approaches that will help me communicate more effectively. I now know how to write and structure papers properly for both management and my coworkers. I also discovered that it is preferable to communicate to patients
in a friendly manner rather than an angry one. Many patients are in critical condition and require the compassion and understanding of healthcare professionals. Additionally, customers require assurance that the person they are working with is dependable and effective. It's crucial to be reliable and consistent in my subject of study. In my field of study, poor communication can have
detrimental effects on both the patients and the clinicians.
When it comes to connecting with people and being able to talk clearly and effectively, I think I have excellent communication skills. For many reasons, it is crucial to practice efficient communication when working in my field of study. Many of these tasks involve keeping track of
organizing, and safeguarding patient information. Others involve making sure there are no mistakes made while submitting and storing medical data or when interacting with insurance

companies. Making sure that everything runs smoothly and that patients receive the treatment they require is most critical. For patients to receive the best care possible, providers must communicate treatment plans and health education in a clear, understandable, and compassionate
manner.
Even though I think I currently use successful communication techniques, I think I could always do better. In terms of my subject of study, I believe my overall self-confidence may need some improvement. I still have a lot to learn about the qualifications and jargon needed to work in management and health care. I believe that for the time being, I may continue to practice excellent communication and ask questions of both my teachers and my peers till I advance further in my career studies. I believe that once I complete my degree in health care information and management, I will have gained the knowledge necessary to effectively communicate with others and to succeed in my line of work. The success and wellbeing of students and faculty members in higher education depend on effective communication. By making the expectations and learning objectives clear at both the curriculum and course levels, communication can enhance students' learning results. Increased inclusive communication can help students and faculty feel a sense of belonging and community. (Nurminen, M et al., 2023)
By improving staff performance and satisfaction, organizational linkages, and patient outcomes, strong communication practices will benefit my field of study. It will be easier for me to meet all the requirements for being able to communicate clearly and will give my coworkers and patients more confidence that they are working with someone who is dependable and efficient if I make sure I am practicing effective communication in both my daily life and my field of study.
