We have implemented a strategy in accordance with the requirements of the study plan. The objective plan includes sharing data with employees and showing them how to use cloud storage through live demonstrations. Employees embrace change and this might be a good place to start. What worked was a very enjoyable live presentation. Employees are also given the opportunity to experiment with cloud storage, which helps them learn more about the new system and how to use it more efficiently. Running a longer demo will need to assess the staff's ability to register for an account

Change management strategies are considered effective because they have the potential to help organizations achieve their strategic goals. need to change project plans to increase study time This is because it is insufficient to train all personnel while the communication/education plan has achieved its objectives. Everything in the previous draft is the same. Changing the use of cloud storage for data storage and storage requires additional IT personnel and administrative staff training to ensure adequate data management and storage.
