As the world transitions to a digital era, communication law is necessary to uphold a framework
and methodical approach. Communication loss prevents malevolent acts or wrongdoings from
being created through the use of communication equipment. These regulations forbade a number
of improper activities on digital platforms, which are crucial for achieving peace. It puts an end
to the controlled use of digital resources, which is crucial for achieving harmony and peace.

foundation of freedom of expression?
The following are some of the key regulations governing digital communication that contribute
to the security and safety of digital platforms:

The first amendment provides the guarantee of freedom of expression which prohibits congress
to interfere from any restriction on the right of the Press or any individuals to speak freely. First
Amendment Act has proven to be one of the most significant acts in terms of the digital age. As
the number of communication tools is consistently increasing first Amendment Act is always
used to protect in such specific environments. It gives the press, media, and other platforms inthe
ability to freely speak and criticize the government. This type of approach helps the society to be
more transparent as well as to provide questioning power which is extremely beneficial for the
betterment of the society.

How have these two concepts shaped today's media messages?
Slander and libel are among the most prevalent behaviors in today's digital media. The absence
of precise regulations regarding the disclosure of certain circumstances has had a significant
impact on modern digital journalism. The main issue with these kinds of platforms is that false
information is typically spread from one to another without adequate verification. As a result of
the information's rapid speed and widespread availability, one of the main issues facing the
digital sector is its accessibility.
Question #4: Review and analyze the significance of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and
its impact today within media. How has this shaped the industry going forward?
One innovative piece of legislation that promoted less regulation and more competition was the
Telecommunications Act of 1996. Regretfully, it was not intended for broadband communication
as it exists today. While it did lead to some benefits, such as increased connection, it also
increased merger and acquisition activity in the telephone, television, and ISP sectors, which
went against the goal of this legislation. The internet's rapid expansion has created new
regulatory issues, therefore it's critical that this Act be revised to foster competition and
safeguard consumer interests.

Commission (FCC) within today's mass media. Going forward, why is this regulatory body so
important in today's communication standards?
One of the best agencies that has contributed significantly to the improvement of interstate and
worldwide communications generally is the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The
FCC will confront new issues as the globe becomes more digitally connected due to the fast
advancements in global communications.One of the challenges will be putting the Net neutrality
legislation into practice, which mandates that everyone have equal access to the internet without
facing discrimination. It must establish a suitable mechanism to ensure that telecom companies
adhere to this policy in its entirety and take appropriate action against those who, by content
banning or prioritization, inflate prices and create artificial scarcity.
