List and explain three criteria you think should be included when you assign presentation projects to your students. Attempt 1 RH Randi Hermann Dec 15, 2023, 8:41 PM Good evening. Three areas of criteria I believe should be included in presentation projects are as follows: 1. Alignment with Learning Objectives: Presentations should be designed to align closely with the course's learning objectives. This ensures that the technology and content used in the presentations directly contribute to the student's understanding of the subject matter. It is essential to plan, select, and evaluate technology use that supports these objectives across different content areas (Roblyer, 2018). 2. Encouragement of Critical Thinking and Creativity: Presentations should not only convey information but also encourage students to engage in critical thinking and creativity. This involves using presentation tools that allow for innovative ways of
displaying information and arguments, thereby fostering a deeper understanding and engagement with the material (Safar, 2015). 3. Effective Communication Skills: Presentations should be structured in a way that teaches students how to effectively organize and present their ideas using clear language and visual aids. This skill is essential not only for academic success but also for their future professional lives (edutopia, n.d.). Resources: Roblyer, M. D. (2018). Integrating Technology into Teaching (8 th ed.)
