Classroom and Behavior Management Framework
My Philosophy of Classroom Management
I have always believed learning should be facilitated in a positive and inclusive
environment. My main role as an educator is always to ensure that the classroom is structured in
a safe and respectful environment, allowing want to set high expectations for behavior. It would
also be vital for a teacher to develop a supporting system that allows students to keep their
academic, social, and emotional development on track. Teachers must ensure that students can
develop wholesomely in all sectors to easily be incorporated within the corporate sector after
they leave school (Smith, 2017). For this case, I will assume a classroom management
framework driven by the belief that all students will be able to learn, and I will strive to offer
positive academic, social, and emotional support to my students.
Some of the elements I will incorporate to achieve this from the different classroom
management models include the Harry Wong effective classroom. This Harry Wong effective
model will be incorporated from how it provides a consistent structure and a clear set of
procedures and standards. Furthermore, this model will provide room from which the classroom
can easily oppose structure their events. In addition to this framework, I will utilize the win-win
discipline from Kagan Kyle and Scott; the main emphasis of this approach is to provide for
positive and respectful communication that allows for joint problem-solving and peer mediation
(Izawa, 2022). Incorporating these approaches will provide an effective classroom environment
that fosters collaboration and mutual support among students, which will foster the achievement
of educational objectives.

I must go with character education regarding the school- or campus-wide behavior
management system. The character education framework will allow me to use its emphasis on
developing positive character traits, including self-respect, responsibility, and empathy. I will
also use the love and logic model, which will help me capitalize on natural consequences and
teach problem-solving skills to promote responsibility and self-regulation among students
(Sieberer-Nagler, 2015). Such an approach from the school-wide behavior management system
will help promote a positive social lifestyle across the student population, allowing them to
incorporate diversity.
Reflection
From this personal philosophy of classroom management, I will mainly concentrate on
developing a positive and inclusive classroom environment. I have to ensure that this
environment is in a position to meet the individual needs of every student. In this case, my
evidence-based personal philosophy of classroom management will include elements of Harry
Wong’s effective classroom and the win-win discipline from Kagan Kyle and Scotts. The
application of these models will help me emphasize the development of clear expectations and
consequences that will be set for students and foster positive communication, peer mediation,
and collaborative teamwork.
From this classroom management framework, I will try to Foster academic, social, and
emotional support for the learners. In the long run, I will be able to facilitate positive
reinforcement by incorporating black specifications that will encourage self-motivation and
create opportunities for social interactions. Also, I will be able to utilize components from
different models and systems which will help me create a supportive educational environment
where students from all backgrounds and abilities will feel appreciated and respected. Generally,

my evidence-based personal philosophy of classroom management will be concerned with
creating a positive learning environment for all students. This classroom management framework
will promote self-motivation and great opportunities for positive interaction by recognizing the
needs of every learner within the classroom. All learners will be encouraged to embrace their
talents to allow other learners to benefit from these skills.
