Explain the observed change in beak characteristics using the following concepts in your answer: competition, survival of the fittest, inheritance. - Newer generations inherited the different beak sizes for the purposes of survival. Due to environmental changes, competition for food sources increases and survival of the fittest explains which size is considered favorable.
