Explanation Given info: Examine whether the use of antidepressants reduce ominous brain plaques which are associated with Alzheimer’s disease, mice which are genetically engineered to have large amount of brain plaque are injected with antidepressants that boost serotonin in the brain. The result of the experiment is that after single dose ominous brain plaques are dropped and after 4 months the ominous brain plaques have reduced to half when compared to the mice that are not injected with steroid.
