The solution of the inequality $0.75b<3$ is $b<4$ , and graph of the solution set of the inequality is shown in figure (1).

Explanation of Solution

Given:

The inequality is $0.75b<3$ .

Calculation:

Divide both sides of the inequality $0.75b<3$ by $0.75$ .

  $\begin{array}{c}\frac{0.75}{0.75}b<\frac{3}{0.75}\\ b<4\end{array}$

Therefore, the solution of the inequality $0.75b<3$ is $b<4$ .

The graph of the solution set of the inequality is as follows.

The graph for the inequality $b<4$ contains all values that are less than 4 and dot shows 4 is not included in solution set.

Therefore, the solution of the inequality $0.75b<3$ is $b<4$ , and graph of the solution set of the inequality is shown in figure (1).
