As-Is process model for revamping business processes:
- From the above diagram, there are five phases such as customer, processing order, billing, inventory and accounting.
- Initially customer place an order.
- Next processing the given order ID and after that forwards the order.
- The Order received in billing process.
- Next checks the credit card.
- If the credit is ok, then credit approved.
- After credit approved, check the inventory details
- If the given quality item ID is satisfied, then order forwards to shipping agent as well as accounting agent.
- In the accounting phase, if entered details are correct, then calculate the total price and then go to shipping agent...
