Built-in function “len()”:

• • The built-in-function “len()” is commonly used in Python to find the length of a list.
• • The function “len()” will take the object that wants to find the length as parameter and output the length.
• • To find the number of elements in a set, pass the set as the parameter of the function “len()”.

Syntax:

In Python, the built-in function “len()” can be used to find the number of elements in a set, it is expressed as follows:

len(setname)

In the above syntax,

• • The function “len()” is used to find the number of elements in the argument that is passed as argument.
• • The “setname” is the set object to find the number of elements in it.
