Summary Introduction

To determine:

The reasons an entrepreneur can/cannot be taught to become an entrepreneur.

Introduction:

The entrepreneurial skills of an organization determine the growth and performance of an organization when the managers make efforts to formulate strategies and focus on achieving them. The entrepreneurs are expected to fulfill the command function in an organization to determine its growth and fulfillment of objectives.

However, it is necessary to note that entrepreneurship comes from the entrepreneurial skills and values an individual possesses and theses skills cannot be taught. This, however, does not discourage the entrepreneurs from being educated and they must strive to attain knowledge in the field area of their business so that they can be well aware, informed and educated about their business.
