Asking the Muslim workers to delay their sunset prayers.

Introduction/case summary (question specific):

Northwood Appliances gets a new set of instructions for manufacturing and requires an additional forty temporary employees. The Organisation's manpower provider - Twin Cities Staffing is considered to supply these 40 employees. However, if the contract is approved, most of the employees employed through this agency will be Muslims and could likely cause the organization to change its norms in-order to facilitate the new culture. Therefore, the dilemma the organization is facing can be overcome by many other solutions. Here we will be discussing about the outcomes of choosing to ask the Muslims to delay their prayers.
