Explanation of Solution
Importance of aligning the development of SMIS (Social Media
- Social media is creating and sharing the information, career interests, ideas and other forms of expression through networks and virtual communities.
- Social media is use of information technology to support the distributing of data between networks of users and it enables people to form group of people related by a similar interest.
- Social media information system (SMIS) is an info-system that supports the distributing of data between networks of users.
- Business strategy is an important part of any business that is used to determine value chain, business process which is used to determine information systems.
- Business strategy are the stages to be taken to generate a value and the social media supports with that since it is directly disturbs activities in a value chain.
- SMIS might be used to facilitation of a company’s objective and goals.
Process of developing an effective SMIS:
There are six processes to develop an effective SMIS. They are:
- Define your goals
- Identify success metrics
- Identify target audience
- Define your value
- Make personal connections
- Gather and analyze data
Define your goals:
The first step of developing an effective SMIS is defining organization goals that are achieved with the help of social media.
Identify success metrics:
After defining organization goals, the person must identify metrics that will indicate when they are going to achieve their goals. These are called as success metrics or key performance indicators.
Identify the target audience:
Third stage in generating an active SMIS is to clearly recognize the target audience. After identifying the target audience, the person must find out which SM platforms they use, because certain SM platforms attract certain audience.
Define your value:
After identifying the target audience, the person will want to define the value that he/she will provide their audience.
Make personal connections:
The true value of SM can be succeeded only when organizations use SM to communicate with employees, customers in a more personal, humane and relationship-oriented way.
Gather and analyze data:
The last process is gathering and analyzing data. When creating a social media strategy, the person must gather the right amount of data that is necessary to make the most informed decision the person can. The person can use online analytical tools like Facebook Page Insights, Google Analytics, or Click to measure the success metrics the person had defined earlier...

This ALU will implement a bitwise left rotation. Forthis lab assignment you are not allowed to use Digital's Arithmetic components.IF YOU ARE FOUND USING THEM, YOU WILL RECEIVE A ZERO FOR LAB2!The ALU you will be implementing consists of two 4-bit inputs (named inA and inB) and one 4-bit output (named out). Your ALU must rotate the bits in inA by the amount given by inB (i.e. 0-15).Part-1: User InterfaceYou are provided an interface file lab2_part1.dig; start Part-1 from this file.NOTE: You are not permitted to edit the content inside the dotted lines rectangle. Part-1: ExampleIn the figure above, the input values that we have selected to test are inA = {inA_3, inA_2, inA_1, inA_0} = {0, 1, 0,0} and inB = {inB_3, inB_2, inB_1, inB_0} = {0, 0, 1, 0}. Therefore, we must rotate the bus 0100 bitwise left by00102, or 2 in base 10, to get {0, 0, 0, 1}. Please note that a rotation left is…arrow_forward
