Synovial joints contain synovial fluid and this joint mostly articulate the bones of the appendicular skeleton. These bones are covered with hyaline cartilage called articular cartilage and a sheet of fibrocartilage is present between articular cartilage is called articular disk. The cartilage is mainly composed of protein and support more flexibility and strength. The protein structure change with age which have several effects.
