Interpretation Introduction

Interpretation: The validation of the statement that the bond order of the $\text{B}-\text{O}$ bond in ${\text{BO}}_2^{+}$ cation is two is to be stated.

Concept introduction: The bond length is the distance between the nuclei of atoms and bond angle is defined as the angle which is formed between the atoms. When the bond order is high, the bond length is shorter because of the stronger attraction between the atoms.
