Interpretation: The Lewis structures for ${\text{N}}_{\text{2}}{\text{O}}_{\text{2}}$ and ${\text{N}}_{\text{2}}{\text{O}}_{\text{3}}$ are to be drawn and all the resonance forms are to be shown.

Concept introduction: The arrangement of valence electrons among the atoms in the molecules is represented by Lewis structure of a molecule. The electron pairs in the molecule are considered to be delocalized.

To determine: The Lewis structures for ${\text{N}}_{\text{2}}{\text{O}}_{\text{2}}$ and ${\text{N}}_{\text{2}}{\text{O}}_{\text{3}}$ and all the resonance forms.
