To give a comment on the association between brain size and IQ as seen in the scatterplot given in the question.

Explanation of Solution

It is given that a study examined brain size and IQ for college students. The scatterplot on this is given in the question which shows the performance IQ scores versus the brain size of the college students.

Thus, by looking at the scatterplot on the performance IQ scores and the brain size of the college students we can comment that there seems to be no association between brain size and IQ of the college students. And also it shows that there is no correlation, no form, and no strength as the points are scattered in the scatterplot showing no relationship at all.
