Explanation of Solution

Fast food is often considered unhealthy because much of it is high in both sodium and fat. The fat and sodium contents of several brands of burger are given in the question.

Now, to analyze the association between the fat and sodium of the burgers of different brands, we will construct the scatterplot to discuss the same.

The scatterplot of fat and sodium is as follows:

  

From the scatterplot on the above, the data do not suggest any significant correlation between the number of grams of fat and the number of milligrams of sodium in the burgers. As the points in the scatterplot does not define any pattern of their relationship between the two. So, we can say that we cannot find any strong association between the fat and sodium.
