Concept introduction:Consider the process of hospital admission. Patients come to the hospital at an average rate of 10 patients per hour. Before registration, there is a buffer (B1) of 5 patients. After registration, there is a second buffer (B2) of 10 patients before the patients do their checkup by the doctor. Once the checkup is done, 90% of the patients just leave the process and the rest 10% take admission.
