Introduction:
The gravitational attraction on the Earth by any of the object generates a force. Also the weight is fundamentally different from all the mechanical forces in which the object is in physical contact with air that generates a force.
The Earth is massive than a person’s body. When the Earth is pulling down on a person, his weight is the result of standing on the ground. So, to keep a person motionless the reaction force from the ground acts on a person in upward direction. If there was no upward force then the person would be accelerating downwards.
Conclusion:
Therefore, the corresponding reaction force is that the body of a person is pulling on Earth.
