Concept explainers
Interpretation:
Type of zeros and significant condition for zero needs to be explained.
Concept introduction:
Numbers are used for the calculations, there are three different types of zeros, leading zeros, trailing zeros, and captured zeros.
When zero is proceed as a number with significant value then it is a leading zero. Second one is a captured zero it may be present between two numbers other than zero. A trailing zero is zero after a non-zero digit.

Answer to Problem 2RQ
There are three types of zeros
Leading zero
Tailing zero
Captured zero
When zero is present between the significant digits, it is significant. The trailing zeros are not significant. Only trailing zeros after decimal are significant.
Explanation of Solution
There is condition for considering a zero as significant. If a zero is found between significant digits then it is considered as a significant.
The last digit of a number is zero it is trailing zeros and it never be significant. The trailing zero after decimal is significant.
The different types of zeros can be present in a number and according to the position of zero in the number it will be significant or not. When the last digit of a number is zero it is not considered as significant number. But zero after the decimal is significant.
