A deck has 52 cards in which 26 red and 26 black cards. There already have been dealt 5 red cards so it is no longer equally likely to dealt red or black, the reason is that now there are total 26-5=21 red cards and 26 black cards and therefore it is more likely to choose black cards (26 is greater than 21)
