Program Plan:

• Include the required header files to the program.
• Define the “main ()” function. Inside this function,
  • Declare constant variables named “STARTING_AMOUNT”, “MINIMUM_RATE”, and “MAXIMUM_RATE”.
  • Declare required variables “rate” and “value”.
  • Assign the value of “STARTING_AMOUNT” to “value”.
  • Set the precision to print the values.
  • Get the inflation rate from the user until the user enters values greater than “0” and less than or equal to “0.15” using “while” condition.
  • Use “for” loop to loop from 1 through 10 years.
    • Calculate and print the value for each year.
  • Return the statement.
