Introduction:
Competitive advantage is a condition or an aspect that puts a company in a much favorable condition or a much superior condition than its rivals.
Non-profit organizations are the businesses that do the trade without profit being their main objective, they are also known as 'non-stock corporations' example: charity, clubs and etc.
Profit organizations are traditional businesses with the primary motive of earning a profit. Therefore, profit organizations need to have distinctive features or a competitive advantage in order to get a better sum than its competitors. Therefore, this feature is crucial in them.
