Introduction:

Animals such as fishes, amphibians, and reptiles cannot maintain their internal body temperature on their own and thus, depends on the environmental factors such as sunlight. Such animals are referred to as ectotherms or cold-blooded organisms. In order to maintain their body temperature, these organisms show different behavior mechanisms for thermo-regulation.
