Obesity increases the risk of many health problems and diseases, such as heart-related diseases, diabetes, cancer, and so on. Overweight and obesity are the major problems faced by people of all age groups. The major cause for obesity is the combination of excessive food intake and lack of physical activity. Reducing food intake, losing weight with healthy diet, and regular exercise are useful for reducing the effect of obesity and related problems.
