The principle of biology states that biology is an experimental science.
Introduction:
Scotch Heather (Calluna vulgaris) is native of Europe. It is an evergreen low-growing plant. It is a perennial shrub. Its height is about 2- inches. It has scale-like leaves which is small or short and set in opposite pairs. It is medium green in color. It belongs to Plantae (Kingdom),
Cross-leaved heath (Erica tetralix) is inhabitant to Western Europe. It is evergreen. It is a perennial shrub. It belongs to Plantae (Kingdom), Angiosperms (Clade), Ericales (Order), and Ericaceae (Family). It canraiseup to 0.3 meters (1 ft) tall. The flowers blossom in summer and autumn. It cannot grow up in the shadow. It prefers moist or wet soil. The plant can endure strong winds but not nautical exposure. The flower is of a pink-bell shape.
Purple moor grass (Molinia caerulea) is native to Europe. It is an ornamental grass. It is herbaceous and perennial bunchgrass. It belongs to Plantae (Kingdom), Angiosperms (Clade), Poales (Order), and Poaceae (Family). It grows up to 35 inches (95 cm) tall. The flower is purple. The level of water is medium to wet. The leaves are green in color, long flat, and have taper point.
Wavy hair grass (Deschampsia flexuosa) is found in Eurasia, Africa, North America, and South America. It belongs to Plantae (Kingdom), Angiosperms (Clade), Poales (Order), and Poaceae (Family). It is a species of bunchgrass. It grows up to 2 to 3 ft. The flower is purple to bronze in color. It grows at a medium water level. It can tolerate drought.

- Biology Questionarrow_forward✓ Details Draw a protein that is embedded in a membrane (a transmembrane protein), label the lipid bilayer and the protein. Identify the areas of the lipid bilayer that are hydrophobic and hydrophilic. Draw a membrane with two transporters: a proton pump transporter that uses ATP to generate a proton gradient, and a second transporter that moves glucose by secondary active transport (cartoon-like is ok). It will be important to show protons moving in the correct direction, and that the transporter that is powered by secondary active transport is logically related to the proton pump.arrow_forwarddrawing chemical structure of ATP. please draw in and label whats asked.
