Described problem

• The first problem is competitive interdependencies among the algorithm, databases, software are required for the computer systems and when the number of dependent elements in the system is higher then there will be more chances of failure.
• The next problem is the jobs that require more of human monitoring such as diagnosing illness, flying airplanes and so on.
• When it gets automated, then the chances of making that task risk also increases as level of human monitoring gets reduced.
