Protocol:
In a network system, a protocol is defined as the set of rules by the help of which several activities are performed. The rules are defined in a way to deal with the steps taken to perform a task.
There are three protocols used in this chapter:
- Transmission control protocol(TCP)
- Internet protocol(IP)
- Hypertext transfer protocol(HTTP)
