Introduction:

Communication is of the utmost importance in any organization for it to function purposefully and efficiently. Meetings are one of the most important components in a business system and it’s where a lot of decisions are made, ideas discussed and things addressed. All this involves collaboration, which plays an effective role in the effectiveness of it. Teamwork is essential and the teams need to be designed with purpose and diversity while being goal oriented.
