Charge after 12000 miles is $0.20 per mile. Also, any fraction of mile is rounded up to the next mile.
Calculation:
M is charged by some constant amount till 12000 miles. After 12000 miles, M is charged by $0.20 per mile. Following is the table for distance above 12000 mile:
