Are these circuits equivalent to one another? Why or why not?
![Check Mark](/static/check-mark.png)
Whether the given circuits are equivalent to each other or not.
Explanation of Solution
Introduction:
In a series connection, the resistance is connected by the end-to-end connection between each resistance. In a parallel connection, one end of each resistance is connected to a common wire and the other end is different for each resistance.
All three bulbs in the first circuit are connected to the same voltage supply. So, these bulbs are connected in parallel connection.
Two out of three bulbs in the second circuit are connected to the battery and the third bulb is connected to the second bulb by an end to end connection. The bulbs in the second circuit are connected in a series-parallel connection.
All three bulbs are connected to the same battery. So, bulbs in the third circuit are connected in the parallel connection.
Conclusion:
The given circuits are equivalent to each other
