Concept introduction:
Chromatographic methods involve a group of separation techniques that are effective in separating liquids and gases. There are two phases involved in this method, namely stationary phase and mobile phase.
FFF or Field flow fractionation is a type of analytical method of separating particles wherein the solution is pumped through the channel perpendicular to the direction of flow. Here the sample separation is carried out in single liquid phase. The force applied defines the separation process.
