Introduction:

The vascular plants are the plants having vascular bundles, they have a distinct, root, stem and leaves. The non-vascular plants are the plants having no transport system for the water.

Explanation of Solution

The vascular plants are adapted to live in the drier conditions. They are covered with waxy cuticles. And they have a good water transport system. The non-vascular plants do not have a water transport system. So, when the condition of drought takes place, the vascular plants may survive with reducing the water loss and utilizing the ground water, but the non-vascular plants cannot survive in these conditions. Also, the vascular plants do not always rely on the water for germination.
